TRAINING
Continuous learning is a way of life at Valley! Our Training
Department provides learning opportunities for all employees through its five
levels of STEPS (Skills Training Enhances Productivity and Success). These five
levels include: Workplace Learning and Development (a comprehensive orientation
program and monthly in-service programs); Supervisory Skills Development;
Management Skills Development; Clinical Skills Development; and Corporate
Skills Development. In addition, Valley's trainers visit the field locations
regularly to provide just-in-time training to address specific needs and
enhance the motivation and morale of our employees.
Valley also offers a continuing education and training program to
full-time employees who wish to attend seminars or accredited classes that will
benefit their job skills and careers.
